EU Affairs Consultancy Support '26-'28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for its EU Affairs activities, by appointing one Consultancy Service (hereinafter being referred to as “Provider”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of Public Affairs.

Through this RFP, EIT Urban Mobility provides the necessary information to help tenderers gain a clear understanding of the scope of services and all requirements for submitting a suitable proposal. The submitted tender should be clear and comprehensive enabling EIT Urban Mobility to fully assess the tenderer’s background, approach to client collaboration, proposed expertise and services, and overall delivery capability.

The overall objective for the work on EU Affairs in the coming years is to deepen the EU Affairs role by strategically engaging with EU institutions and initiatives, contributing to strategic policy dialogues, and positioning EIT UM as a trusted innovation voice in the EU mobility ecosystem.
