EIT Urban Mobility - Landing in Luxembourg

Under the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West (hereinafter referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking professional support (hereinafter referred to as the “Supplier” or “Provider”) for catering services for the EIT Urban Mobility – Landing in Luxembourg Event 2026. This document, together with its annexes, constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT UM for the potential procurement of services related to this event. 

EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West is organising the EIT Urban Mobility – Landing in Luxembourg Event 2026 at Technoport | Automobility Incubator, 2 Rue de l’Innovation, L-7795 Bissen, Luxembourg, on 27 January 2026. This event is considered a key meeting point for major stakeholders in the Luxembourg mobility ecosystem. It provides a platform to present the EIT Urban Mobility brand to a broad Luxembourg audience, including cities, mobility-related startups and scale-ups, universities, and knowledge institutions. 

By actively participating in this event, EIT Urban Mobility aims to: 

• Reach the Luxembourg city and mobility community; 
• Prospect new partners; 
• Raise brand awareness of EIT Urban Mobility; 
• Position EIT Urban Mobility as a thought leader; 
• Position EIT Urban Mobility as a bridge between Luxembourg and Europe.
