Request for proposal:
Digital & Private Platform for EIT Urban Mobility Community - “Mobility Innovators”, 26-28

11 December 2025

By the present procurement procedure, the EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L. hereby being referred to as “EIT UM” or the “Company” is aiming to identify a provider (hereinafter, referred to as “Provider”) to support the Digital Platform for EIT Urban Mobility community, presently known as “Mobility Innovators”.

This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of online communities.

EIT Urban Mobility community is made of over 270 partners and larger ecosystem of more than 1,200 stakeholders as we work together to make the transition to more sustainable urban mobility and liveable urban spaces. This community includes industry, including large enterprises, SMEs, and startups, universities and education institutions; students and alumni; research and technology organisations; governments at local, regional, national and EU-level; and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

Two years ago, EIT Urban Mobility launched its private digital community platform, Mobility Innovators, which brings together our vibrant community of innovators described above. The platform already has more than 1,500 active users and serves as the central platform for collaboration and engagement within our community.

Mobility Innovators enables partners and stakeholders to access information, documents and opportunities shared by EIT Urban Mobility, register for events, and engage in discussions with peers across sectors. It connects organisations from industry, research, academia, and the public sector, fostering collaboration to advance the transition towards more sustainable and liveable urban mobility.

Our goal in this next phase is to further grow and activate the community, expand platform functionalities, and enhance user experience to ensure Mobility Innovators continues to support EIT Urban Mobility’s role as Europe’s leading innovation community for urban mobility.
