Connekt Events ITA26 & ITA28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West (hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking professional support (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) for participation as a partner of Connekt within the Connekt Pavilion at Intertraffic 2026 and Intertraffic 2028, as well as participation in selected Connekt-organised events during the business plan period 2026–2028 in the Netherlands. This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT UM for a potential procurement of services related to this event.

EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West aims to participate as partner of Connekt, in the Connekt Pavilion at Intertraffic 2026 (ITA26) and Intertraffic 2028 (ITA28). Also participate in Connekt events in the business plan period 2026-2027-2028, in the Netherlands. These events occur annually between January and December for the period of three years (2026-2027-2028).

The ITA26 and ITA28 are two of the most prominent International ITS & Traffic management, Smart, Safe & Sustainable Mobility and Infrastructure events globally. These congresses gather key decision-makers and professionals from municipalities, provinces, national government, transport operators, consultancies, and academia. As the leading startups, scaleups and industries in the PAN EU domain, as well as globally.

Our participation in the Connekt Pavilion will provide direct visibility and engagement with the international mobility ecosystem relevant to our mission as EIT Urban Mobility.

Through this partnership, EIT Urban Mobility will:

• Raise brand awareness in Europe. And IH West in Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, UK and Ireland.
• Reach the regional ITS & Traffic management companies, Infrastructure/road authorities, companies (startups, scaleups, industries) in all other related verticals;
• Engage with existing Dutch, Belgian, UK, Irish and Luxembourg partners;
• Prospect new stakeholders for our programmes;
• Share our knowledge as thought leaders on urban mobility;
• Promote our role as a European knowledge and innovation platform.
