Connected Places Summit '26-'28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West (hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking professional support (hereinafter being referred to as “Supplier” or “Provider”) for a partnership at the Connected Places Summit 2026-2027-2028 event. This document, along with its annexes, constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT UM for a potential procurement of services related to this event for the period 2026-2027-2028.

EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West aims to participate in the Connected Places (CP) Summit in London, the United Kingdom, from March 18^th 2026, and to set dates in 2027 and 2028, depending on the CP Catapult agenda of these years. CP Summit is the annual congress of Connected Places Catapult.  Connected Places Catapult is the leading organisation in the UK for cities and transport. They are EIT Urban Mobility in the UK. This is considered the best meeting point for all key players in the UK market, where our brand will be presented to a wide UK audience: cities, mobility-related startups/scale ups and universities and knowledge institutions. By actively being part of one of the:

• Reach the UK City and Mobility community
• Engage with current partners;
• Prospect new partners;
• Raise brand awareness about EIT Urban Mobility;
• Position EIT Urban Mobility as a thought leader;
• Position EIT Urban Mobility as a bridge between the continent and the United Kingdom.
