Cloud storage and file management in NetSuite

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for the annual licensing of ExtendFiles, a cloud-based storage service fully integrated with NetSuite for users to leverage native power of NetSuite and document management and collaboration, by appointing a qualified service provider (hereinafter being referred to as “the Contractor”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of integrated document storage and management within the NetSuite environment.
