In collaboration with the City of Poznań, MOVIRO provides a real-time routing system that helps public transport users navigate service disruptions. When delays, closures or other issues affect Poznań’s tram network, MOVIRO’s software detects these disruptions and dynamically forecasts the new paths disrupted trams are likely to take.
The system is made available through an open API, which allows seamless integration into existing passenger information platforms, such as mobile apps and web services. By embedding disruption-aware routing into the city’s digital mobility infrastructure, Poznań ensures that public transport remains reliable, even in dynamic and unpredictable conditions.
MOVIRO’s technology is based on advanced street and timetable routing algorithms, purpose-built for dynamic environments. Its adaptability, speed and scalability support continuous re-routing and real-time updates, which makes it ideal for managing large, complex transport networks under constantly changing conditions.

Poznań faces challenges in informing passengers of sudden public transport disruptions and seeks a real-time solution to improve route updates and suggest alternatives.
MOVIRO’s solution delivers real-time disruption detection and dynamic alternative route predictions, empowering public transport to provide passengers with timely, accurate updates for smoother travel during interruptions.
Detect at least 95% of route deviations and accurately predict at least 90% of alternative routes. Publish these data via an open API.
