ProperGate’s solution digitises concrete logistics services for more efficient and sustainable operations. It is a software solution that allows for the consolidation of orders, scheduling, and real-time tracking and monitoring of delivery operations to enable efficient scheduling and assign appropriate resources. By using ProperGate’s digital platform it is possible to reduce unnecessary fuel consumption, optimise delivery routes and decrease the number of vehicles needed on the road.

The solution that was piloted includes a web application portal where it is possible to oversee customers, contracts, the vehicle fleet and resources. The solution features a driver application, as well as a customer application.
The ProperGate solution was piloted in collaboration with Bosta-Beton a concrete supplier in Warsaw, Poland who uses largely paper-based and manual processes. The solution increases the competitiveness of SMEs in the industry by optimising their logistics operations, maximising use of resources and reducing operational costs. Reduced idle time and number of vehicles needed on the road, reduce both emissions and congestion.
