The EIT Urban Mobility Leadership Programme aspires to be an agent of change in urban mobility by transforming the leadership landscape. It seeks to foster the growth of high-potential leaders within the public sector, equipping them with the skills and perspective to effectively manage and innovate in an increasingly complex landscape.

Emerging leaders, nominated by city mayors (or senior officials depending on the city scale) in cities selected by EIT Urban Mobility, will undertake a six-month development journey.

Each cohort will comprise 8-10 emerging leaders from the public sector (cities and public transport authorities).

The activity addresses closing the knowledge gap by creating an applied course in leadership.

Main Objective

The aims to close the knowledge gap within urban mobility.

The first cohort of the face-to-face synchronous course will begin in March 2024.
