As companies aim to be increasingly sustainable, more sustainable commuting needs to become more widespread and adopted. With daily commuting patterns accounting for 25% of CO2 emissions in Europe, cities and companies are making the transition to include travel as a mandatory metric for their sustainably strategies.
MASTERCOM training programme has been created to help ease this transition, enabling professionals to design their company’s travel plans. The programme has been developed to equip professionals in roles like human resources, sustainability, or corporate responsibility; with the necessary knowledge to understand the mobility ecosystem. The tools participants gain will allow them to develop, manage, communicate, and implement effective sustainable travel plans for their company.
MASTERCOM offers flexible scheduling options and self-paced learning opportunities as well as confidential environments for active exchange and networking. Therefore, the programme comprises a varied blended format consisting of a 4-module online course, live digital sessions and a final on-site event where participants interact directly with experts and participants from distinct contexts and cultures.
Combining engaging content, interactive learning activities, real-world case studies and individualised guidance, MASTERCOM stands apart from other trainings as it prioritises hands-on experience; combining engaging content, interactive learning activities, individualised guidance, and the application of theory to real-world case studies. Participants will receive access to a toolkit, leaving them with confidence in their ability to plan and execute successful business travel.
