Challenge


Quality of life in European cities is influenced by the service level of their pedestrian spaces, which are negatively influenced by crowding issues.​

Main Objective


Furthering the use of pro-active management of crowded spaces using real-time decision support systems.​

Output


Impact assessment of a cloud-based crowd management decision-support system featuring four living labs at crowded pedestrian locations Amsterdam, Milan and Barcelona.
