The HALLO project is creating shared urban consolidation and distribution centres (UCDCs) through a series of pilots in Barcelona and Stockholm. In Barcelona, the centres are being implemented in municipalities bordering the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) in the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona (AMB).
