Elisa has over 12 years of experience in European and publicly funded programmes, with strong expertise in grants management and audit. Prior to joining EIT Urban Mobility, she worked at the European Secretariat of ICLEI, EURAC Research, and the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg Alpine Space Programme.
At EIT Urban Mobility, Elisa has been part of the Project Management Office (PMO) since late 2022 and has led the team since early 2026. The PMO oversees the execution of EIT Urban Mobility’s cascading funding activities, managing the full lifecycle of calls for proposals and ensuring compliance with EIT rules. The department also coordinates the activities of the Partners Validation Service within the EIT Community.
Elisa holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy, with a focus on philosophy of science, biosemiotics, and theoretical biology.
