WIN-ITS 2: How can we fix the “leaky pipeline” and support women's careers in the mobility sector?

Event details

Join us for a webinar exploring the intersections of leadership, gender equality and organisational culture in the mobility sector. This event will delve into the “leaky pipeline” phenomenon. In the “leaky pipeline” the number of women working in the sector decreases at each successive level of academic or professional progression.

What are the current obstacles to attracting and retaining more women in the mobility sector? What challenges do women face when founding startups or launching new innovations in the market? How can organisational structures foster inclusive environments that promote leadership opportunities for all? How can role models inspire future women leaders?

In this webinar, leading experts will share insights on the “leaky pipeline” and gender equality in leadership roles and innovation within the mobility sector. In addition, they will explore how organisations can address this challenge and provide practical insights to help create a new paradigm that supports the growth, retention and career paths of women.
