The Ülemiste City Future Forum 2025 is a two-day conference. It brings together over 400 leaders, executives and entrepreneurs from Estonia and the wider region to shape the future of business. Focused on the theme of “Business Growth – Leading the Next Wave,“ the event provides valuable insights, key connections and innovative strategies for business growth.
As part of the forum, Estonian Cleantech Association, the Estonian Business School and EIT Urban Mobility are co-organising the Mobility Innovation Procurement Workshop II on 25 April from 14.00 to 16.00.
Mobility Innovation Procurement Workshop II

The first workshop is part of an initiative to help increase the adoption of innovation procurement in the mobility and transport sector by local governments in Estonia. The initiative kicked off in January with a gathering of Estonian stakeholders working on the topic.
This session will focus on identifying the key challenges faced by national and municipal governments and related stakeholders, with particular emphasis on the barriers to achieving a green transition in the sector. Two more workshops are planned for June and September 2025. You can write to Piret Liv Stern Dahl (piret.liv.stern@eiturbanmobility) if you wish to get involved and be invited. The entire initiative will result in the publication of a final recommendations report for innovation procurement at the end of the year.
The primary working language will be Estonian, but one working group will be conducted in English. English-speaking participants are welcome to join and share their experiences on innovation procurement. You have to register to attend.
