Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress 2024

Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress (5-7 November, Barcelona), jointly organised by Fira Barcelona and
EIT Urban Mobility, an initiative of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union, is the go-to event for smart urban mobility.

We’ve learned the hard way that moving faster is not always a synonym of moving greener. Our reliance on diesel-powered vehicles has come at a steep environmental price, with the transportation sector still responsible for a large chunk of global carbon emissions – around 25% in the EU.

Breaking these bad habits is not only possible, but necessary. If we create new patterns, everything else will follow suit: new mobility services, public transport strategies, last mile logistics proposals and road safety policies to help us ride, bike, walk and connect in better ways.

Bringing together key experts, organisations and leaders spearheading the transition towards a better, greener sector, Tomorrow.Mobility has become the place to discover how we can make urban mobility safer and more sustainable for all. Celebrated alongside the Smart City Expo World Congress, for this edition 25,000 attendees are expected, from 850 cities and over 600 international speakers that will share their vision on how to build a more sustainable and liveable urban future.

Co-located with the Smart City Expo World Congress, Tomorrow.Building World Congress and Tomorrow.Blue Economy World Congress, these events are bound to bring together the most powerful international network of urban innovators. This year’s edition will be the largest to date, growing by 30% in exhibition space and occupying halls 2 and 3 of the Gran Via venue.

Tomorrow.Mobility 2024 Theme

Under the theme “Move Better”, Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress will focus on ten strategic enablers touching the most pressing issues facing urban mobility: new mobility services; public transport; autonomous mobility; last mile logistics; data for mobility; mobility infrastructure for liveable spaces; zero
and low-emission mobility; active mobility; road safety; and inclusive mobility.
