RMIT Europe in collaboration with EIT Urban Mobility is now recruiting for the next edition of the Emerging Leaders programme, launching in June 2026.
This six-month experiential leadership development initiative is designed for mid-career professionals shaping the future of urban mobility in Europe and the UK. The programme combines immersive in-person experiences with interactive online learning, peer-led problem solving, one-on-one executive coaching, unscripted conversations with senior leaders and cross-sector exchanges to build leadership confidence and strategic impact. Participants gain the leadership skills, networks and systems-thinking capabilities needed to lead in complex urban mobility ecosystems.
