The mobility innovation procurement initiative in Estonia, co-organised by EIT Urban Mobility, Estonian Business School and Estonian Cleantech Association, explores how the Estonian ecosystem can more effectively scale innovative solutions in the urban mobility sector. It has brought together local governments, procurement experts, innovation agencies, universities and interest groups through a series of interactive, co-creative workshops.
The session will present key outcomes from the initiative and continue with a panel discussion on national ambitions for the green transition, the practical challenges of innovation-focused procurement, and the role of companies, cities and other stakeholders in advancing solutions. The discussion will also highlight how stronger collaboration within Estonia, supported by international networks and expertise, can help accelerate progress toward climate-neutral development.
