We are currently immersed in a paradigm shift in which traditional mobility gives way to another way of getting around. We are opting for more efficient and environmentally friendly modes of transport to achieve more sustainable mobility. At this time of change, it is essential that the inclusion and representation of society as a whole are present, that mobility is understood as a right, and that universal accessibility solutions to real mobility problems are put forward.
Technology plays a very important role through different alternatives that can facilitate the mobility of all people in this new model. The current expansion of new modes of transport that have gained space in urban mobility and how they can facilitate coexistence with the most vulnerable people and with society in general.
Based on these ideas and current issues, this “Accessible and Inclusive Mobility” conference will provide information and debate on the mobility of the future, innovation for inclusive mobility through technology and the coexistence of pedestrians with new modes of transport.
