EIT Jumpstarter Grand Final

Join us for the live stream of the 7th Grand Final of the EIT Jumpstarter, the flagship pre-accelerator of the EIT Community. The event will be held in Athens on the 30th of November, 2023.

Developed by the the EIT Community, EIT Jumpstarter fosters the creation of new start-ups in Central, Eastern, and Southern European countries. From more than 700 trained scientific and research teams, many have developed disruptive innovations in the health, food, raw materials, manufacturing, smart cities and mobility industries. These innovations nurture local economies, creating new jobs and collecting external investments for further development.

This year’s Grand Final will bring new teams pitching their ideas in nine categories (including 6 teams in the urban mobility category mentored by EIT UM) in front of Europe's largest community of innovators. We will award cash prizes to the best three teams in each category and recognise them across Europe. In this year's agenda, a dedicated policy panel discussion will address the status of start-up ecosystem development in the EIT Regional Innovation Scheme area and the importance of scientific-based and deep tech businesses as well as the New European Bauhaus and Rebuild Ukraine efforts, where the EIT Community plays a significant role. Moreover, the EIT Jumpstarter Grand Final event will be the second day of the EIT Community’s autumn festive in Athens.
