EIT Urban Mobility is taking part in the Clean Mobility Conference, which is part of the e-Salon trade fair.
Exploring the future of EVs
e-Salon is a trade fair for alternative drive vehicles, including electric vehicles, hybrids, plug-in hybrids, and many others. The event touches upon topics such as recharging and refilling infrastructure, autonomous mobility, Smart Cities, accessories related to e-mobility, and innovative startups. Last year’s edition gathered more than 100 exhibitors and over 25,000 visitors.
This year’s edition of e-Salon is expanded by the e-TECHNOLOGY segment, which broadens the scope of the event, bringing together a wide range of manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and service providers who are shaping the future of emission-free transportation and sustainable energy systems. The segment will also expand the scope of the conference to include topics such as wind and hydro energy, zero-emission transport solutions, and advanced battery storage systems.
Clean mobility conference
A key highlight of the e-Salon trade fair is the Clean Mobility Conference with the theme “Heading to Clean Mobility: New Challenges for Cities and Industry,” reflecting the complex transitions both urban environments and the mobility sector must navigate in the pursuit of zero-emission solutions.
Clean Mobility Conference will feature two dedicated stages: the Main Stage and the Urban Solutions Stage. The Main Stage will focus on high-level strategies for urban mobility transformation, including policy frameworks, infrastructure development, electrification, and cross-sector collaboration. The Urban Solutions Stage will showcase practical, localised approaches, delving into community-level approaches and practical implementations tailored to the specific needs of Czech cities and regions.
An important focus of this year’s programme will be the Batteries and Ecosystem panel, curated with the Czech Battery Cluster. The panel will bring together experts, researchers, and policymakers to discuss advancements in battery technology, sustainable materials, and production challenges.
