Event details

EIT Urban Mobility is taking part in the CEE Automotive Transition Forum.

Navigating the Global Power Shift

CEE Automotive Transition Forum brings together decision-makers, industry experts, and policymakers to discuss the breakout points and opportunities that will define the next phase of the automotive transition. With two stages, a dedicated expo zone, and B2B matchmaking, the event offers both in-depth discussions and practical networking opportunities. Welcoming participants from over 10 countries, the CEE Automotive Transition Forum positions itself as a international platform for cross-cultural dialogue and collaboration.

The conference will touch upon topics such as the global power shift and the rise of Asian competitors in the automotive sector, the impact of modern trade wars on market dynamics, and the challenges to raw material supply chains due to geopolitical tensions. Furthermore, the forum will explore the complexities of electrification, including the pressures and opportunities it presents. The event aims to provide actionable insights on the speed of these transitions and the strategic steps required to navigate this new era of technological advancement and competitive change.

To set the stage for the discussions, Marc Rozendal, CEO of EIT Urban Mobility, will deliver a keynote speech titled Next-generation mobility: Innovation at the heart of Europe from 9.40 to 10.00 CET.

Automotive Diversification

The conference will also feature exciting side events: Automotive Dual-Tech Forum, Smart City 4.0, and Digital Twins Workshop. The sessions will provide a comprehensive look at the convergence of technology, urban innovation, and strategic industry pivots. In particular, attendees will discover how automotive companies can diversify and tap into new markets through aerospace and defense technology crossovers, explore AI-driven smart cities that optimise transportation and infrastructure, and gain hands-on experience with digital twins to enhance precision, efficiency, and innovation in mobility systems.

Lastly, the CEE Automotive Transition Forum will conclude with the ReCharge & Connect Night, a dedicated networking event, where attendees will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections, exchange insights, and explore potential partnerships in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
