EIT Urban Mobility launches this Open Call to select one organisation or consortium to design, plan and deliver the EIT EdTech Conference in 2027 and 2028.
The EIT EdTech Conference is a flagship ecosystem-building initiative that brings together the European EdTech industry, the EIT Community and public stakeholders to strengthen collaboration, showcase innovation and contribute to EU digital education priorities.
The selected applicant will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of two consecutive editions of the Conference, ensuring a high-level, policy-relevant and outcome-oriented event in Brussels.
EIT funding allocation
The indicative EIT funding allocated to this Call for the period 2026-2028 is 600,000 EUR. One proposal will be selected.
Who can apply?
This Call is open to all legal entities established in EU Member States or Horizon Europe associated countries.
Applicants may apply as a single organisation or as part of a consortium. In the case of consortia, partners must demonstrate complementarity of expertise and a clear distribution of roles.
Applicants must demonstrate:
- Proven experience in organising high-level European or international conferences;
- Strong positioning within the EdTech, education or innovation ecosystem;
- Capacity to manage end-to-end event delivery, including programme design, operations, stakeholder engagement and communications;
- Ability to mobilise a diverse, multi-stakeholder audience at European level.
