By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for implementing an analytical controlling framework in NetSuite to enable structured financial reporting by Grant Agreements, Work Packages and Business Units, by appointing the service provider (hereinafter being referred to as “consultant”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of software consultancy.
The scope of services is structured into six Work Packages (WPs), each covering a specific phase of the assignment and associated deliverables. The Contractor shall be responsible for the implementation and successful completion of each WP in accordance with the agreed requirements, timelines and acceptance criteria.
WP1 – Assessment, Solution Design and Implementation Planning
WP2 – Analytical Reporting Development and Deployment
WP3 – Budget Configuration and Implementation
WP4 – Budget Upload and Amendment Management
WP5 – Training, Knowledge Transfer and Go-Live Support
WP6 (On-demand) – Maintenance and Post-Implementation Support
