IT Management system upgrade (Academy)

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support, hereinafter referred to as “Supplier”, for upgrading the Academy Student Lifecycle Management Module of the IT Management system, currently on a custom NetSuite platform. This document, along with its annexes, constitutes a Request for Proposal (RfP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for the procurement of services in the field of IT system Academy Student Lifecycle Management Module.

The Academy Student Lifecycle Management Module is currently set up in NetSuite for three programmes: Master School, Doctoral Training Network & Fellowship.  The primary objective of this RfP is to evolve the current NetSuite Student Lifecycle Management platform. The selected Supplier must implement critical architectural updates to enable greater flexibility, support multiple intakes, and improve administrative workflows.
