By the present procurement procedure Innovation Hub East of EIT Urban Mobility, hereby being referred to as “EIT UM” or as the “Company”, is aiming to participate as partner and an exhibitor at the New Mobility Congress taking place in Katowice (Poland) between 23rd and 25th September 2026. EIT UM also intends to participate in the corresponding editions of the event in 2027 and 2028, with the exact dates and location in Poland to be confirmed. This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT UM for a potential procurement of services related to this event for the period 2026, 2027 and 2028.
The New Mobility Congress is the annual congress of the Polish New Mobility Association (PSNM). PSNM is the largest industry organization shaping the e-mobility and hydrogen technology market in Poland and in the CEE region. It serves as a discussion and meeting platform for a variety of topics in this field, including the e-mobility market, battery technology, zero-emission in the heavy-duty transport sector, and hydrogen mobility, providing valuable inputs towards a sustainable and successful transport transition in our cities and regions. It attracts entities who are already active in the market – practitioners, experts, leaders, and innovators in sustainable mobility. It is also intended for companies and institutions interested in developing zero-emission technologies as part of their organisation and their operating environment.
