EIT Urban Mobility is taking part in the Urban Mobility Flow 3rd Summit, taking place on 17 September 2026 in Gdańsk, Poland. The summit brings together public authorities, industry leaders and urban mobility experts. Together, they will explore practical solutions for more sustainable and efficient urban transport.
This year’s edition is held under the theme “The Challenges of Integration”. It focuses on better connections between transport modes and more integrated mobility systems. The organisers are still developing the programme, and additional speakers and sessions will be announced in the coming weeks.

This year’s programme is organised around three thematic blocks:
- Railways as the Backbone of an Integrated Mobility System
- Human-Scale Mobility
- Urban Mobility Solutions
In addition, the summit will explore the future of urban mobility and shared mobility. Policymakers, public authorities, industry representatives and mobility experts will discuss the challenges and opportunities facing cities across Europe.
Current highlights include:
- EIT Urban Mobility will participate in the Smart Urban Mobility Solutions panel discussion, contributing to conversations on the future of urban mobility.
- EIT Urban Mobility-supported startups will showcase innovative mobility solutions in the exhibition area.
- The event will bring together policymakers, public sector leaders and industry representatives to exchange knowledge and share practical experiences.
