The EU’s 28th regime regulation: Opportunities for Europe’s mobility startups

Event details

Earlier this year, the European Commission presented its proposal for EU Inc., a new single set of corporate rules, building the cornerstone and starting point for the EU’s 28th regime. EU Inc. will make it easier for businesses to start, operate and grow across the EU.

Set up as a regulation, it will provide a single harmonised set of corporate rules that companies can choose instead of navigating multiple national regimes, unlocking the true potential of the Single Market. Until 17 July, the European Parliament and the Council are discussing the proposal for amendments and would like to hear from the startup ecosystem.

EIT Urban Mobility has invited Greta Koch, Accredited Parliamentary Assistant to Member of the European Parliament Axel Voss, to give more insights on the EU Inc. proposal and to have a discussion on the implications and feedback of mobility startups.
