By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support to strengthen the strategic positioning, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement activities underpinning the delivery of its 2026–2028 Business Plan. This support will contribute to enhancing EIT UM’s role as a facilitator of innovation across the knowledge triangle and to accelerating the impact and scalability of its activities across European mobility ecosystems.
EIT UM is looking for an expert(s) that will support its leadership and relevant teams in maximising the effectiveness and impact of its strategic activities and partnerships. Key activities include, but are not limited to, the provision of strategic advisory services, the design and implementation of stakeholder engagement approaches and co-creation opportunities, facilitation of multi-stakeholder dialogue, preparation of high-level events and content, delivery of capacity-building actions, and development of analytical insights and recommendations.
This support will target both EIT UM internal teams and external stakeholders, including industry partners, public authorities, and broader ecosystem actors, with a particular focus on strengthening collaboration frameworks, improving innovation–market fit, and enabling the successful scaling and adoption of innovative mobility solutions across European cities..
