CautCurier.ro will deploy and validate a same-day urban logistics service in Sofia, together with Dentstore Bulgaria. The project aims to address a practical mobility and healthcare logistics problem: dental clinics depend on fast, reliable access to implants, materials and supplies, while current deliveries are often fragmented across clinics’ own vehicles and generic couriers. This can create unpredictable arrival times, manual coordination efforts, extra vehicle trips and higher logistics costs.
The main objective is to replicate CautCurier.ro’s tried-and-tested Romanian same-day delivery model in Sofia and adapt it to a new market. The service combines a digital booking dashboard, courier mobile app, live tracking, proof of delivery, smart dispatch and a mixed fleet of cars and cargo bikes. Throughout the project, the team will configure the platform for Sofia, integrate it with Dentstore Bulgaria’s ordering and warehouse systems, recruit and train local couriers, onboard participating dental clinics and implement a live demonstration.
The pilot will take place between 1 April 2026 and 31 October 2026 in Sofia, Bulgaria, and will involve SC Camera Pictures 2019 SRL / CautCurier.ro as the lead partner and Dentstore Bulgaria EOOD as the end client. The project will measure practical results such as delivery time, on-time performance, vehicle kilometres per delivery, share of inner-city deliveries by cargo bike and satisfaction among Dentstore and participating clinics. The expected outcome is a validated Sofia operation and a replicable city playbook for further expansion in Central and Eastern Europe.

Dental clinics depend on urgent supplies, with late shipments delaying treatments and fragmented courier deliveries increasing costs, traffic and emissions.
The pilot will consolidate Dentstore deliveries into digitally controlled routes, prioritise cargo bikes in dense areas and track time, cost and distance.
At least 4,000 deliveries, more than 20 clinics, over 90% on-time performance, 15% fewer vehicle kilometres per parcel and 30% of inner-city deliveries by bike.
