Project Management Software '26-28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility (hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”) is aiming to identify a supplier (hereinafter being referred to as “the Supplier”)  who is capable of providing access to a collaborative work management platform with the main purpose to allow the Academy’s team to manage their workload and projects in an online and collaborative way. 

It is expected that the selected supplier:

• Is an expert in Project Management Software;
• Provides an easy to use and ready to implement solution;
• Provides licenses for 30 team members, with the possibility of increasing the number of licenses according to team needs.
• Can manage a zero-impact migration from the current system and support in the adoption with a premium service.

The RFP seeks a Project Management Software supplier to provide a solution with robust features for task management, time tracking, and collaboration, easy to implement and customize to fit our workflow, with available user support, and stringent compliance and security standards.

Complementary information:

Over the last four years, the Academy has used Asana for project management, handling between 30 and 60 projects per year, with 30 internal users and more than 20 external users (with collaborator rights). The team frequently searches within closed projects as part of their workflow.
