Employees survey + company certification '26-'28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is aiming to identify a consultancy (hereinafter being referred to as “Provider”) that will support EIT UM to launch the annual employees survey:

• (WP1) Annual employee survey based on which the company will receive a certification as a great employer, depending on the score obtained.
• (WP2 – Optional) Additional survey to be sent to specific employees based on our complex matrix organisation needs just to obtain data (no certification).

This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of organizational culture diagnosis.
