Sales numbers of electric two-wheelers have been on the rise for several years now, and this trend isn’t about to stop anytime soon. However, more and more of those electric vehicles do stop working, and this number is growing too fast for the number of skilled mechanics to keep up. The result? Valuable two-wheelers get out of circulation faster than needed: repairable ones gather dust in garages, refurbishable ones add to stockpiles, and reusable parts are labeled as “e-waste” or worse, end up in landfill… Actual challenges stemming from poor after-sales services and shortage in skilled mechanics. We made it our mission to keep them into circulation, for as long as possible.

We believe to succeed in this by lowering the end-users’ burdens as much as possible. How?
With a more extensive service offering through partnerships, well-trained mechanics (on payroll), and data-driven operations.
Cyclecure started in Brussels and we recently expanded our flexible service offering to the Antwerp region with a B2C atelier in the city-center.
In both cities we offer three types of repairs: at our atelier, pick-up, or at your location. Each of these services are operationally well-structured with scalability in mind, enabling efficient and smooth geographical scaling, as we recently proved in Antwerp. For every city, we only need 1 physical location in the city-center for customer support, and one warehouse/workshop in the outer-city.
National (non-urban) coverage is secured through logistic partners.

Lastly, we aim for efficiency through digitalization and maximal automated processes.
