By the present procurement procedure, EIT KIC Urban Mobility, S.L.U, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support in tax and legal matters, by appointing one single (hereinafter, the provider is hereby being referred to as the “Contractor” or “Tenderer”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of tax and legal services.
The present request for proposals is composed of two Work Packages (WP) to provide legal assessment to EIT UM (hereby being jointly referred to as “EIT UM”).
EIT UM is expecting to appoint a single provider for the two work packages (hereinafter, the provider is hereby being referred to as the “Contractor” or “Tenderer”) of services described below.
The request for proposals is to cover the following two areas:
a) WP1: Tax advisory services. The Contractor will be responsible for providing TAX advice services to EIT UM in the specific areas described in Clause 2.3 below.
b) WP 2: Legal advisory services: The Contractor will be responsible for providing specific LEGAL services to EIT UM in the specific areas described in Clause 2.3 below.
