By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for writing and proofreading services, by appointing a provider (hereinafter being referred to as “Provider”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of writing and proofreading services.
In order to promote awareness and disseminate its activities, EIT Urban Mobility produces several pieces of content each year. These contents can be thought leadership pieces – such as ebooks, articles, and studies, that cover the mobility industry at large, as well as corporate materials focused on the company’s activities in particular (such as the annual Highlights Report, Academic Research Board Report, Marketplace Solutions Catalogue, and Impact Report), Impact Stories or enhanced written applications for EIT Awards. EIT Urban Mobility needs a provider to proofread, edit and/or write content for these kinds of deliverables.
