EIT Urban Mobility & RMIT Emerging leaders programme - Secure your place for the May 2026 cohort!

Event details

The Emerging Leaders Programme is a six month leadership development programme delivered by RMIT Europe in collaboration with EIT Urban Mobility. Designed for mid-career professionals across the public and private sectors, the programme equips participants with the leadership, strategic, and systems-thinking capabilities required to shape the future of urban mobility in Europe and the UK.

Through a highly personalised, practice-based approach, with a strong focus on leadership, systems thinking, and cross-sector collaboration, participants will:

  • Build the confidence and capability to lead in complex urban environments
  • Strengthen their ability to shape strategy, influence stakeholders, and drive change across multi-actor urban mobility ecosystems
  • Develop resilience and authentic leadership through one-to-one executive coaching
  • Learn alongside peers from public and private organisations, gaining insight into how different sectors operate and make decisions
  • Build a strong, international network of emerging urban mobility leaders across Europe

The programme delivers impact through small, intimate cohorts that foster peer-led learning, hands-on problem-solving, and candid, unscripted conversations with senior urban mobility leaders.
