Climate Tech SuperCluster event '26-'28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West B.V. (hereinafter referred to as “EIT Urban Mobility” or “EIT UM”) seeks to procure professional support services related to strategic event participation, brand visibility, and ecosystem engagement. EIT Urban Mobility intends to appoint a qualified professional service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) to support EIT UM’s participation in selected Climate Tech SuperCluster events.

This document, together with its annexes, constitutes a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for the potential procurement of services in the field of event participation, branding and positioning, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem activation within the climate tech and urban mobility domains.

EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West intends to participate in the Climate Tech SuperCluster – Cleantech Venture Day Amsterdam on an annual basis in 2026, 2027, and 2028.

The Climate Tech SuperCluster is a leading transnational ecosystem that connects talent, technology, capital, and institutions across the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Its mission is to showcase, develop, and scale climate-critical technologies by fostering collaboration between innovators, investors, corporates, cities, and public authorities across Europe and globally.

Within this ecosystem, Cleantech Venture Day Amsterdam is positioned as a flagship of EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West event and a key convening moment within the London–Paris–Amsterdam corridor. The event brings together high-potential startups and scale-ups, venture capital and corporate investors, cities, universities, research organisations, and innovation intermediaries, creating a high-quality platform for exchange, partnership development, and investment in climate and cleantech innovation.

EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub West aims to:

  • Increase the visibility and recognition of the EIT Urban Mobility brand among a targeted and relevant audience, including cities, mobility startups and scale-ups, investors, corporates, universities, and knowledge institutions;
  • Strengthen EIT Urban Mobility’s positioning as a leading European innovation enabler in sustainable urban mobility and climate-positive solutions;
  • Facilitate high-quality connections and collaborations between EIT Urban Mobility, its partners, and the wider climate tech ecosystem;
  • Support the identification, engagement, and attraction of high-potential startups, scale-ups, and investors aligned with EIT Urban Mobility’s mission and portfolio;
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and high-impact presence of EIT Urban Mobility across multiple editions of the event.
