Moderation Mobility Talks 26-28

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for the organisation of the “Mobility Talks” webinar series, by appointing a professional moderator (hereinafter being referred to as “supplier”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of professional online event organisation.

The Supplier is expected to organise and moderate four (4) Mobility Talks episodes per year in each of the years 2026*, 2027*, and 2028*. The Mobility Talks topics and speakers to invite will be defined in collaboration with EIT Urban Mobility.

For each episode, the Supplier should:

• Align with EIT UM on topics and speakers to invite
• Host the registration and video platform
• Create the episodes’ visuals
• Brief the speakers ahead of the webinars
• Report to EIT UM on the episodes’ performance
