Legal support for investment transactions in Sweden

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility (hereinafter referred to as “EIT UM”) intends to contract a service provider (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) to deliver professional legal advisory services related to investment activities, specifically to obtain legal guidance on investments in Sweden.

This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of legal support for investment transactions in Sweden.

EIT UM aims to be recognised as the leading social, environmental and financial impact investor in sustainable urban mobility entrepreneurship in Europe. The service provider will support EIT UM in the execution of investments in companies based in Sweden.
