By the present procurement procedure, EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L.U, (hereby referred to as “EIT UM”) aims at appointing one sole provider (hereinafter, the provider is hereby being referred to as “the Contractor” or “Tenderer”) to draft, negotiate and handle the signature process of the contracts awarded by EIT UM under its procurement rules, following our templates. The selected tenderer will be expected to manage the whole contract process (contract management) in accordance with EIT UM’s Procurement rules.
