Request for proposals: Professional media training and interview facilitation services

By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support through the appointment of a qualified provider, hereinafter referred to as “the provider”. The objective is to strengthen the capacity of the spokespeople of EIT UM’s and ensure high-quality media representation during its flagship event, the Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress.

The goal of this engagement is to ensure that EIT UM spokespeople are confident and effective in communicating the organisation’s mission, impact, and thought leadership, both in media settings and at high-level events. It also aims to generate high-quality content and positioning opportunities during the Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress, thereby increasing the visibility of EIT UM’s work and its role in transforming urban mobility across Europe.

The services covered under this procedure include:

  • Targeted media training for senior leaders and thematic experts to prepare them for interviews, public speaking engagements, and conference appearances.
  • On-site media interview hosting and facilitation by the same provider during the Tomorrow.Mobility World Congress, aimed at producing engaging, professional-quality video interviews with key stakeholders, partners, and EIT UM representatives.
  • brief feedback and consultation session with EIT UM’s Communications Team following the event, to reflect on the outcomes and identify opportunities for future improvement in media visibility and messaging.

This Request for Proposal (RFP), together with its annexes, outlines the scope of services to be delivered in line with EIT UM’s strategic communication and outreach objectives.
