By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility, hereinafter being referred to as “EIT UM”, is seeking professional support for information provisions in the EU sector, by appointing an organisation (hereinafter being referred to as “the provider”). This document, along with its annexes, constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by EIT Urban Mobility for a potential procurement of services in the field of information news and policy analysis alerts.
Timely and accurate information is crucial for supporting public affairs activities at EIT Urban Mobility. It enables a solid understanding of European Union policy, fosters stakeholder engagement, supports strategic foresight and research, and enhances insight gathering and outreach initiatives.
The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to secure licensed access to a professional platform that provides comprehensive media and policy monitoring services for EIT Urban Mobility. Through this platform, the selected provider shall deliver services including news and policy analysis, political insights, real-time alerts, and breaking news, tailored to support the organisation’s public affairs and strategic communication needs.
