Request for proposals: Women Founders'25

By the present procurement procedure EIT Urban Mobility Innovation Hub East, (hereby being referred to as “EIT UM”) is seeking an external expert (hereby being referred to as “Expert”), who will facilitate Investor and Startup Networking events in 2025 to support Women Founders in priority and key countries (Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic).

The objective of the investor and startup networking event is to foster collaboration and investment opportunities by bringing together diverse co-founders, researchers, and investors. By creating a platform where innovative women founders and business leaders can connect, the Expert will optimise funding avenues and provide investors with access to high-potential startups.

The scope of the services is based on:

• Organising and delivering an online, hybrid and/or face-to-face event in at least 2 priority countries (Romania, Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic), to facilitate connections between investors and potential women founders (based on globally successful networking event experiences).
