In recent years, digital twins (DTs) have revolutionised the engineering world as a result of sensor and data advancements. However, despite the prevalence of simulation models, complete DTs are uncommon in the mobility sector due to a lack of general knowledge on the topic.
Therefore, after the considerable success of the first edition of the DigiTwin4Mobility, the goal of this second edition is to embrace a larger community and scale up digital twin education to a European level.
As a result, DigiTwin4Mobility2 provides two courses in different countries, providing insight and knowledge on simulation and sensor technologies to mobility professionals and advanced academic students have interest in successfully applying city-related DTs solutions.
To accomplish this, academic and industry experts will collaborate to tailor advanced courses on DTs technology that is work-compatible and primarily based on practical examples and use cases using one of the market’s leading simulation software.
