The Urban Mobility and Healthy Ageing Summer School aims to equip international master’s students in Urban Mobility with the skills to design, develop, and implement solutions that promote health and functional independence for individuals with reduced mobility or those at risk of mobility decline in urban environments. The entry school will introduce participants to the most relevant topics in ageing, with a focus on functional aspects, particularly intrinsic capacity, and identify the need for solutions to address the impact of ageing on urban mobility. The exit school will then guide participants through the development of these identified solutions, with the support of a mentorship process.
