By the present procurement procedure, EIT Urban Mobility is aiming to identify a supplier to provide legal labour advisory services to EIT Urban Mobility. The Contractor will be responsible for providing recurrent legal advice on the following areas upon request (list is non-exhaustive):
- Advice on teleworking agreements / policies
- Advice on working hours and travel policies
- Advice on employment contracts
- Advice on dismissals
- Other advice in areas such as employees’ benefits, dismissals, policy drafting, legal employees’ representatives, new regulations, etc.
