Request for proposals: CRM Licensing and Support

By the present procurement procedure, the EIT KIC Urban Mobility S.L. hereby being referred to as “the EIT UM” or as “EIT UM” is aiming to procure the monthly licensing and support for the company’s Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software. EIT Urban Mobility uses Citrix’s Podio as its CRM, and the company would like to continue using this toolset.

There are Work Packages (WP) included in the present request for proposal. Each WP will be invoiced separately. The first one is basically the provisioning of the CRM annual licenses for all EIT Urban Mobility employees. The second WP includes expert support for the procured tool and additional developments and integrations in the CRM that may be required.

  • WP 1: CRM monthly licensing for required EIT UM employees and externals.
  • WP 2: Expert Support and Developments

The following sections of this document will assume that Work Packages (WP) 1 & 2 as a whole. The separation of them in two Work Packages responds exclusively to a different internal accounting treatment, as separate invoices will be required.

As mentioned in the previous paragraph, the CRM that EIT Urban Mobility requires in this procurement process is Citrix’s Podio. Since the company is already using this software there is a clear list of functionalities required from the software. Therefore, the licensing type that will be required is the “Premium” one.

Unlocking the future of mobility with European data spaces

Improved collection and use of mobility data can make our transport systems more efficient, safer, and more sustainable. Mobility Data Spaces will facilitate the voluntary, sovereign, and secure sharing of data to enable new public and commercial business models and services while respecting usage control and privacy for data owners.

This study explores the foreseen challenges in developing, deploying, and operating mobility data spaces, analysing the commercialisation aspects of transitioning from conceptual design, to piloted innovation, to a sustainable, in-production service model. Based on an expert survey and stakeholder interviews, the study outlines key recommendations for the private sector, for cities and regions, as well as for national and European decision-makers.

Building on EIT Urban Mobility’s experience in the field thanks to its Special Interest Group on Mobility Data Spaces and initiatives like PrepDSpace4Mobility and deployEMDS, this study has been written by MDS experts from Factual and i2CAT.
