Code of Conduct
All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers at the EIT Urban Mobility Summit which takes place 9-11 December 2020 are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody: Be excellent to each other, show empathy, and help make this a safe space to explore tangible, equitable solutions.
Our Summit is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, experience, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of Summit participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any Summit venue, including anything communicated during the content of the virtual Summit, on social media or any other online outlets. Summit participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the Summit without a refund at the discretion of the Summit organisers, and appropriate legal action will be taken against violators where applicable.
